Built by an engineer, for engineers
CivilCalcPro is an independent project that turns the everyday checks of structural design into fast, transparent web tools that work in any browser.

Why this exists
Much of structural design is the same handful of checks repeated on every job: is this weld big enough, do these bolts work, which section do I need? The usual workflow is a folder of spreadsheets that is easy to break, hard to audit and impossible to hand over with confidence.
Full analysis packages solve the frame, but they are expensive and slow for a quick connection check on site or in a design review.
CivilCalcPro fills that gap. Each calculator uses the method of the governing code (AISC 360, ว.ส.ท.), shows every substituted value, and names the clause it is based on, so the result can be checked by hand and defended.
Tools on CivilCalcPro
Live calculators and the ones on the roadmap.
Beam Weld Connection
AvailableAISC 360 / EIT — Double fillet weld on the beam web under eccentric shear — resultant force per unit length, required weld size, code min/max limits and six geometry checks.
Bolted Shear Connection
AvailableAISC 360 ASD — Bearing-type lap or splice connection — bolt shear, bearing & tear-out, plate tension yielding and rupture, block shear, plus spacing and edge-distance checks.
Column Base Plate
PlannedAISC DG1 — Base-plate thickness and concrete bearing under axial load, per AISC Design Guide 1.
Steel Beam Design
PlannedAISC 360 / EIT — Flexure, shear and deflection checks for hot-rolled H-beams with lateral-torsional buckling.
RC Beam Design
PlannedACI 318 / EIT — Flexural and shear reinforcement for rectangular RC beams (WSD / SDM).
Isolated Footing
PlannedACI 318 / EIT — Footing size from allowable bearing, punching and one-way shear, and flexural steel.
How the tools are built
Show the working
Every result lists the equations, each substitution step and the variables used.
Cite the code
Each calculator names the standard and clause it implements, with its edition.
Verified examples
Each calculator ships with a hand-worked verification case that the automated tests reproduce.
Thai practice units
kg, cm and ksc as used in Thai structural work, with SI references where useful.
Independent project
CivilCalcPro is part of the XCalcPro family and is maintained by a single developer. Calculations are for guidance and must be verified by a qualified engineer before use in design or construction. If the tools save you time, consider supporting the project.
