Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CivilCalcPro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Nature of the Service

CivilCalcPro provides civil and structural engineering calculators and reference data for guidance only. Results follow published codes and standards (AISC 360, ว.ส.ท. / EIT standards, ACI 318, AWS D1.1 and others) as implemented by us, and reference data such as section properties may be computed from nominal dimensions. All outputs must be independently verified by a qualified, licensed engineer before use in any design, construction or safety-critical application.

3. No Account Required

CivilCalcPro can be used without an account. If accounts are introduced later, these Terms will be updated first.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape or systematically download the calculators or reference data, or overload the service with automated requests.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Introduce malware or interfere with service availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design and calculation implementations on CivilCalcPro belong to the operator. The engineering standards referenced (AISC, ACI, AWS, ASTM, EIT, TISI and others) are owned by their respective standards bodies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CivilCalcPro and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, property damage or personal injury resulting from reliance on calculation outputs.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
