1. Who We Are

CivilCalcPro (civil.xcalcpro.com) is an independent engineering tool for civil and structural calculations, part of the XCalcPro family and operated as a solo project. Contact: support@xcalcpro.com.

2. Data We Collect

We do not ask for or store personal data. CivilCalcPro has no accounts, sign-up or contact forms.

• Calculations run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to our servers or saved anywhere.
• Preferences (light/dark theme and EN/TH language) are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never sent to us.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records basic technical request data (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and to keep the service running.

3. Our Database

The site's database (Neon Postgres) holds only engineering reference data: the calculator list, steel section dimensions, reinforcing bar sizes and material grades. It contains no information about visitors.

4. Third-Party Services

• Vercel — hosting and cookieless Web Analytics. Vercel processes request data to produce aggregate page-view counts; the visitor hash it derives rotates daily. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Neon — database provider for the reference data above. See the Neon Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — web fonts are bundled and served from our own domain at build time, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.

No advertising networks, social media pixels or tracking cookies are used.

5. Your Rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is normally nothing to access or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, or have any privacy question, email support@xcalcpro.com. You can clear your saved preferences at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we add features that handle personal data (for example accounts or saved calculation history), we will update this policy before they go live and change the date at the top of this page.
